2015 Marshall Beach

Marshall Beach is a popular place for wedding photographers because the access is fairly simple. There are plenty of foreground rocks with surf action at this location; unfortunately, the rear subject (Golden Gate Bridge) is a bit far, so hyperfocusing with a longer focal length is a little more challenging. As an alternative, the group practiced newer techniques such as compression and focus stacking to overcome the depth-of-field challenge this beach presents.
