Photographers from all over the world flock to Iceland in the summer to experience its "Midnight Sun": up to 6 hours of colorfully diffused light that comes out when the tourists go to sleep.

DEPOSIT, FEE AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please read before submitting a deposit. The workshop fee is $6200. A $1200 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your seat.
On Dec 16, 2016, 50% of the remaining balance will be due. The remaining balance is due in full on or before Feb 24, 2017.
Due to the high cost of cancellation and limited seating, refunds are given according to this schedule:
- 100% refundable (not including deposit) if cancelled 160 days or greater ahead of the event start date
- 50% refundable (not including deposit) if cancelled within 159-131 days ahead of the event start date
- No refund if cancellation occurs less than 130 days ahead of the event start date. A seat is transferrable if a cancellation results in no refund.
ITINERARY (subject to change):
(Note: you need to depart from the U.S. the day before Day 1)
Days 1-2: Arrive in Reykjavik and head for the Northwest section of the island to photograph the coastal sites of the Western region including Londrangar, Arnarstapi, Kirkjufell (2 nights)
Day 3: Hvitserkur area to capture a majestic Troll
Days 4-5: Northern sites including the unique textures of the Hverarond geothermal area, Dettifoss, and Godafoss (2 nights)
Days 6-7: Southeast sites including Eystrahorn, Vesturhorn, and the Jokulsarlon Ice Lagoon and Beach (2 nights)
Days 8-9: Vik sites including Skogafoss, Seljalandsfoss (2 nights)
Day 10: Geysir: Gullfoss, Bruarfoss and the Blue Bubble
Day 11: Reykjavik: Operahouse and other city sites
* Cost only includes lodging (most with breakfast), on-island travel expenses, admission fees, and workshop fees if not a scout trip. Cost does not include international airfare to Iceland...attendees must book their own international airfare after payment of deposit and confirmed registration in the workshop. Cost assumes a single-occupancy rate. Double-occupancy discounts are available if you are sharing a room with another workshop attendee; discounts will be refunded after the conclusion of the workshop. All companions that travel with the workshop attendees must pay full cost (minus double-occupancy discounts).
